Where we ship

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international delivery under this policy.

Free delivery and timing

Every United States order receives free standard shipping. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated transit time of 4–6 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and recognized carrier holidays. Severe weather, carrier disruptions, or an incomplete address can affect the estimate, and we will provide available updates when a delay becomes known.

Tracking and delivery

We provide tracking information after a shipment is accepted by the carrier. Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and deliverable address. Contact us promptly if tracking shows an unexpected event or delivery cannot be located.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

If a parcel arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us with the order details. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy and will pay any required return shipping.
